This section houses all official reports, publications, and governance documents of the Eremon Tangzu Old Students' Association. Annual reports, quarterly reports, and project reports are published per the provisions of the ETOSA Constitution.

Draft Constitution — July 2025
The ETOSA Constitution is the supreme governing document of the Eremon Tangzu Old Students' Association. It defines the name, membership criteria, objectives, structure, rights and responsibilities of members, electoral processes, and financial management of the association.
Full Members, Associate Members, and Honorary Members, each with defined rights and responsibilities.
President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and Organizer.
General Congress held annually to receive reports, adopt accounts, and elect leadership when due.
3-member independent Audit Board reviews all accounts and reports to Congress.
Published per Article 10.3 of the ETOSA Constitution — the Annual Congress receives the President's annual report and the Treasurer's audited accounts.
The Executive Council meets not less than four times a year (Article 10.1). Quarterly reports document the activities and finances of each period.
